Although the number of auctions held last weekend were still relatively low, interest from prospective buyers was very strong with good crowds turning up for many of the auctions on Saturday.

There were multiple bidders in contention at all three Marshall White’s auctions which resulted in three success sales under the hammer.

One of the highlights was a picturesque Edwardian residence at 21 Alleyne Avenue, Armadale which sold for $1.965 million.

Next weekend Marshall White will be auctioning 19 properties and a further 42 the following weekend.
